In accordance with part 3 of Article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "On scientific and scientific-technical activities", the Procedure for state certification of higher education institutions in terms of their scientific (scientific-technical) activities, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, dated August 22, 2018 № 652 «On some issues of state certification of higher education institutions in terms of their scientific (scientific-technical) activities», the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, dated March 12, 2019 № 338 «On state certification of higher education institutions in terms of their scientific (scientific and technical) ) activities», registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 27, 2019 as
№ 688/33659 and № 689/33660, the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, dated July 31, 2020 as № 994 «On conducting state certification of higher education institutions in terms of their scientific (scientific-technical) activities that belong to the management sphere of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine», National University
«Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic» prepared and submitted documents to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for certification of scientific activities in two areas: technical and social sciences.
According to the results of the attestation commission sitting by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, dated March 25, 2021 as № 372 «On the results of state attestation of higher education institutions in terms of their scientific (scientific-technical) activities», National University «Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic» successfully passed the state certification of higher education institutions in terms of their scientific (scientific-technical) activities in both areas: technical and social sciences.
At the departments of the university there function ten generally recognized scientific schools in the following areas:
• Research of reinforced concrete and stone structures that undergo complex deformations (Scientific supervisor – Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Pavlikov Andrii Mykolaiovych)
• School of Geotechnics (Scientific supervisor – Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Zotsenko Mykola Leonidovych)
• Reliability of building structures (Scientific supervisor – Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Pichuhin Serhii Fedorovych)
• Creation of theoretical bases for calculating, designing and implementing effective means of complex mechanization of finishing works in construction (Scientific supervisor – Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Onyshchenko Oleksandr Hryhorovych)
• Vibratory technique and vibratory technology (Scientific supervisor – Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Serdiuk Leonid Ivanovych)
• Symmetric analysis of the equations of mathematical physics (Scientific supervisor – Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Sierov Mykola Ivanovych)
• Research and implementation in the construction of reinforced concrete structures (Scientific supervisor - Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Storozhenko Leonid Ivanovych)
• Automation of technological processes (Scientific supervisor – Doctor of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor, Shefer Oleksandr Vitaliiovych)
• Security-oriented management of the economy: state, region, enterprise (Scientific supervisor – Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor, Onyshchenko Volodymyr Oleksandrovych)
